The fee is $25 plus tax for a one-way pick-up (from home to destination) and $45 plus tax for a round trip (home to destination and return). Pet Supplies & Medication Pick-Up Services

If you require emergency medication or are too busy to collect pet food or litter, we are here to assist. The charge is $25 plus tax for the pick-up of pet food, litter, or medication from one location to your home. This service covers a 15-mile radius from zip code 78628, with a $2 surcharge for every additional mile. Upon request, we offer other specialized transportation services for an additional fee. Holiday Fees

During the bustling holiday season, we endeavor to accommodate all service requests. To acknowledge the additional efforts of your sitter or walker at this time, we apply a holiday surcharge of $12 per day. Additional Miscellaneous Information (Outside of your Contract)

· Same Day Services: An additional fee of $10 per visit is necessary to accommodate the pet sitter's adjusted schedule.

· Cancellation Policy: We recognize that plans can change. To honor the time of your pet sitter and other clients, especially during holidays, please cancel your pet sitting services at your earliest convenience, or no later than 7 days prior to the first visit. Cancellations within 7 days of a holiday reservation will result in a 50% service charge. For regular pet walking services, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 fee.

· Late Payments: Payments that are more than 30 days overdue will incur a fee of $25 or 1.5% of the overdue amount, whichever is higher, as allowed by law.

· Returned Checks: There is a $35 fee for each check returned, in accordance with legal allowances.

· Mileage: We serve within a 15-mile radius of zip code 78628. There is a $2 surcharge for each mile beyond this radius.

· Tax: Tax is not included in the base rate for services and will be charged additionally. The tax rate applied to transactions depends on the client's county of residence. For example, as of 2024, the tax rate in Williamson County, Texas, is 6.25%, while in Travis County, Texas, it is 8.25%.

· Gratuity: Our service rates do not include tips. Although not mandatory, gratuities are greatly appreciated by our pet sitters and walkers as a token of recognition for exceptional service.

Military and First Responders Discount
